Homogeneous vinyl is composed of a single layer of vinyl, and is glued to the subfloor and welded. Heterogeneous vinyl floorings are tough, very durable for heavy trafficked areas and are especially recommended for applications in healthcare and education due to their resistance and ease of cleaning. Acoustic, static conductive, static dissipative and anti-slip versions are also available.
